I have uninstalled Call Time Tracker / momentem but the icon is still there / it is still popping up

This article assumes that you rebooted the BlackBerry after uninstalling our application. If not, please do that first.

If you did reboot, we have seen this problem on a few occasions. It is possibly an issue with the operating system where applications don't quite uninstall properly.  Go into Options > Advanced > Applications and see whether there are any modules with the word "momentem" or "Call Time Tracker" at the beginning.  If so, delete them and you MUST then reboot the BlackBerry.
