How do I look up which product and version I have on my BlackBerry?

There are two versions of our app/service, both based on the same handset software and back-end service. The full version is momentem which is a subscription service, the cut-down version is Call Time Tracker, a free app. However they both look very similar and they are both referred to generically as momentem.

Which product:

The best way to find out which product you have is to click the momentem icon on your BlackBerry, and if you see “Tag Expenses” and “Tag Activities” as options, that means you have the full momentem solution. (Call Time Tracker doesn’t have those capabilities).

Which version:

Click on the momentem icon on your BlackBerry, then click on the Configuration menu option, then click on About momentem, and the version will be displayed. Make a note of it for when you are contacting support or looking to upgrade.
