I have uninstalled Call Time Tracker / momentem but the icon is still there / it is still popping up

This article assumes that you rebooted the BlackBerry after uninstalling our application. If not, please do that first.

Sometimes the Blackberry application uninstaller does not completely remove all modules associated with a particular application during the delete process.  Go into Options > Advanced > Applications and then press the “Menu” key (the one to the left of the trackball or on a Storm, the one just to the right of the green Phone button) and select Modules. Look for modules that contain the words "momentem" or "Call Time Tracker".  If you find any, highlight them one at a time, press the “Menu” key and delete them. You should do this for all modules fitting this description and then you MUST reboot the BlackBerry.
