I re-installed the
app using a different email address, how do I retrieve the data stored under
the old email address?
Unfortunately
this is not a service that we can offer. The only person who can generate
a report is yourself, from your handset.
However all
is not lost. We would suggest;
-
uninstalling (deleting) the app and reinstalling it
- when you register, use the original email address
- if you get prompted for a password, it's the one that was
sent to you in your welcome email from our system when you first registered
with that original email address, see http://www.otaview.com/kb_password.htm
- once you have registered you will be able to generate a
report
- then you can decide whether you stick with the old email
address or uninstall and reinstall again with the second email address
