I want to delete the
application from my handset
If
you installed the app from BlackBerry App World
·
Launch
BlackBerry App World on your handset
·
Select
My World
·
Select
Call Time Tracker
·
Press
the BlackBerry Menu Key (the one to the left of the trackball) and then select
delete.
Please
make sure you reboot your phone, by removing and replacing the battery, to
complete the process.
If
you installed the app from any place other than BlackBerry App World
On your BlackBerry;
·
Select
Options (it’s usually a picture of a tool / spanner)
·
Select
Advanced Options
·
Select
Applications
·
Select
Call Time Tracker / momentem
·
Press
the BlackBerry menu key (the one to the left of the trackball) and select
delete
·
ensure
all modules with the name Call Time Tracker or momentem have been removed
Then
please make sure you reboot your phone, by removing and replacing the battery,
to complete the process.
If
for some reason the app does not fully delete using either process then please
refer to http://www.otaview.com/kb_uninstall_prob.htm
to fully remove the application.
