How to reset
application permissions on a BlackBerry
When you are installing apps or using them for the first time, BlackBerry pops up asking you for your permission several times. During this process it is possible that those permissions don’t get set properly. With our application, this will manifest itself when the application fails to open or connect, or if it responds with an error message implying that the permissions are wrong.
To reset the permissions for momentem follow these steps;

Press
the BlackBerry key to the left of the trackball

Select
Options
·
Select
Advanced Options
·
Select
Applications
·
Scroll
down and highlight momentem
·
Press
the BlackBerry button to the left of the trackball
·
Select
Edit Permissions
·
Select
Connections
·
If
there is a Custom setting, select it, otherwise set it to Allow
·
Select
Interactions
·
If
there is a Custom setting, select it, otherwise set it to Allow
·
Select
User Data
·
Set
to Allow
