I installed momentem however it doesn’t pop up at
all
This article applies to people who have installed momentem but the application does not pop up at all.
Firstly;
- did the application install correctly; you can tell in the following ways;
o it would have prompted you to enter your email address so that you can register with our system
o you would have then received a welcome email from our system
o the distinctive momentem icon will be on your BlackBerry menu, it’s a blue ball with an “m” in it
If the answer to the above is No, the application probably didn’t install properly. You should check to see whether the application is resident on the device, and then uninstall and reinstall.
If the answer to the above is Yes, there are three possibilities;
a) the Configuration is wrong. Click the momentem icon, click on Configuration, and check to see that the application is set up to tag calls, and check that the minimum call duration isn’t excessive (you could set that number to 5 to ensure that every call over 5 seconds should generate a pop-up)
b) perhaps the number you are trying to tag is in your Ignore List. Go to the momentem menu, click on Ignore List, and see if the number is in there
c) perhaps the installation wasn’t successful after all. In which case you should uninstall and reinstall.
If, having tried the above, you are still not getting the application to pop up, please complete a Support form.
