When I request a report using Call Time Tracker, why do I get the previous month’s report?  Why can’t I get an up-to-date report?

 

With Call Time Tracker you only get one report per month.  (However see “First 5 days” below for the exception to that).  The end-of-month report contains all of your tagged calls for the entire month.  So when you request a report from the handset at any time (by going to the main menu and clicking on My Reporting then performing a report query) you get the previous month's report.  For example, if you request a report on the 25th May you will get April’s full-month report.  It is designed this way because Call Time Tracker is the cut-down version of our full momentem service.  Our paying users of momentem get unlimited on-demand reports, i.e. they can request a customized report at any time, from the handset, filtered by date, contact and project. 

 

First 5 days

For the first 5 days after signing up, as a special welcome bonus, Call Time Tracker users get unlimited on-demand reports, just as momentem users get.  So, if you are within those first 5 days, and if you go to the main menu on the handset and click My reporting and you generate a report request, you will get a report for the dates you requested.  After the 5 days is over, the above paragraph applies thereafter.  However you can upgrade to momentem at any time to continue getting those instant reports whenever you need them.
