How do I access my historical data (e.g. my call tags from many months ago)?

 

Our system stores all of your tagged records going all the way back to when you first registered on the system.  They are stored on our secure servers and are available when you need them as follows;

- if you are a Call Time Tracker user you automatically get a monthly report containing that month’s data.  So, to find older tagged records, you will need to find each monthly email, open the Excel sheet, and look through it.  If you want access to historical data, it’s all retained by us, you will need to upgrade to the full momentem service to be able to access it

- if you are a momentem subscriber you get full, instant access to every tagged record going all the way back to the date of first registration.  All you need to do is request a report between any two dates and the spreadsheet will contain all that historical data.

 

You never know when you might need to find that one elusive vital tagged call record from a year ago, and that’s one of the major benefits of our system.  momentem users can access it instantly, Call Time Tracker users will need to upgrade to get access to it, at www.momentem.net/tryandbuy
