Do you have an
enterprise version of the app/service?
No, we do not supply an enterprise version. Our approach is to serve the individual who needs to track his/her calls and time, rather than the enterprise. Of course most of our customers are within enterprises, but they install the app on their BlackBerrys rather than waiting for their company to source a solution and roll it out.
Here’s why our approach works well with our users;
- the user that has the pain of having to track activity can find our app, download it, sign up and get value from it within minutes (up and running in 9 minutes not 9 months)
- it’s a personal service; the user can use it the way he likes, can customize it, and can receive the reports directly to his own personal inbox rather than using a centralized system
- users with the pain can get on with it, without having to wait for the entire organization to adopt the system
- our users like the fact that they can review / edit / sanity check their Excel reports before anyone else sees them, which is also important from a data privacy and confidentiality perspective
- the data isn’t stored behind the firewall on a corporate server (which always takes time to set up and manage), instead it’s a “click and forget” approach where we host the data in our secure cloud, irrespective of the user’s IT environment
- the user doesn’t have to install any special software on the desktop, we work with Excel or any spreadsheet viewer
So this approach ultimately keeps costs down for the enterprise (no need for large scale deployments of systems), while at the same time being able to deliver a solution to those that need it, when they need it, with no capital investment and an instant ROI.
