Does momentem have the ability to log and
track my desktop or VoIP activities?
We have focused 100% on the mobile environment to begin with. However we are aware that our customers want to tag and track their non-mobile activities such as time spent on the PC, in meetings, and on deskphone / VoIP calls. So, in the full version of our application, momentem, we have a button called Tag Activities. This enables you to open a window where you can very quickly type in an activity, capture the time spent on it, put some notes in, and allocate it to the same contacts and projects that you use for your mobile activity. When your spreadsheet arrives from our system you will then see a separate tab called “Activities” where all of your non-mobile activities are logged. [Likewise for Tag Expenses]. Tag Activities and Tag Expenses are only available in our full version, not in Call Time Tracker. If you are a Call Time Tracker user, to find out how to upgrade, click here.
A second question often asked is whether we plan to build a momentem application for the PC. The answer is that we don’t have any plans, however we recommend www.chrometa.com , they are a partner of ours and they have a desktop time tracking application. We plan to collaborate a lot more with Chrometa in the future, so let us know what you would like to see and add yourself to our email database at www.momentem.net/contact.asp
