I experience a failure to register or a comms error during install.

 

That means that the momentem software on your handset was unable to reach and communicate with the momentem service.  This is usually because you don’t have a data connection, or the permissions on your handset don’t allow communications, or you may be using a corporate system that locks your access to third party services, in which case contact your IT department or system administrator.  Also .....

 

The version 1.2.5 that has been available on BlackBerry App World for some time can, under certain rare circumstances, produce this error condition.  However our latest version has fixed that problem, so you should download the latest version from App World.
