How do I clear old
records from the system?
You don’t need to.
Our system stores all of your tagged records
going all the way back to when you first registered on the system. They are stored on our secure servers and are
available when you need them as follows;
- if you are a Call
Time Tracker user you automatically get a monthly report containing that
month’s data, so there’s nothing to do.
If you want access to historical data, it’s all retained by us, you will
need to upgrade to the full momentem
service to be able to access it
- if you are a momentem subscriber you get full,
instant access to every tagged record going all the way back to the date of
first registration. All you need to do
is request a report between any two dates and the spreadsheet will contain all
that historical data.
In either case, there is no need to clear
old records, you never know when you might need to find that one elusive vital
tagged call record from a year ago, and that’s one of the major benefits of our
system.
