How does momentem know the actual cost of a call?

It doesn’t. There is no link between your mobile bill and momentem. However, here’s the way people use our service to recover the actual cost of expensive mobile calls. After the call, tag it as “billable cost” and when the Excel sheet arrives you can quickly see each call that you had marked as billable cost. Grab your phone bill, look up each call, and type the cost of the call into the spreadsheet. It’s easy to match up those calls because of the date and time, duration and number dialled.
