Can I set up momentem to tag all of my employees’
calls whether they choose to tag them or not?
Yes, there is a feature called “Auto-tag all my calls” in
the Configuration menu. The manager can
ask the employees to turn this on. However
this can be turned on or off by the user.
Also bear in mind that it only grabs the basic information of number,
date and time, incoming/outgoing, and duration.
And of course the auto-tag will be sent to the account holder’s
spreadsheet, not to the manager’s email address (unless the manager’s email
address was the one used to register). momentem was
designed to be a personal system for busy professionals, not to be a system
where third parties monitor activity, and all employers should seek legal
advice regarding usage of this feature.
