How do I learn how to use the service?

You have 2 choices;

- you can watch our informative quick videos at www.youtube.com/widality.  There’s an overview, a step-by-step guide, some tips on how to make money using the app, and an overview of our latest super app version

What do I do if I have a question?

You have 2 choices;

I need to contact technical support

We pride ourselves on friendly helpful customer service.  Please visit www.momentem.net/support.asp and follow the instructions.

How do I re-download the app?

If you change handsets or if you have to re-flash your existing handset, you can easily re-download Momentem from www.momentem.net/tryandbuy.  None of your tagged records or Momentem contacts/projects will be lost, they are all stored on our servers.  However make sure you re-register using the same email address!  If you are prompted for a password and you don’t know what it is, you can reset your password at www.momentem.net/password.asp

·         our free cut-down Call Time Tracker service (available on BlackBerry App World) is being discontinued at the end of January 2011 and will be replaced by a paid service, but don’t worry it’s easy to upgrade.  Find out everything you need to know here
